Responsibilities

Engineer stable, scalable, performant, accessible, testable, and secure software solutions.
Lead technical development at the product, team, or domain level and own technical delivery and application health.
Write clean, efficient, well-documented code and participate in code reviews, planning, and team ceremonies.
Apply automation, performance testing, regression testing, debugging, and quality assurance approaches.
Own technical custodianship, governance activities, and incident root-cause analysis for technical assets.
Identify opportunities for reuse and automation to reduce manual effort and technical debt.
Mentor and support junior engineers and share knowledge as a subject matter expert.
Communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and align on progress.
Contribute to technical communities, innovation, continuous improvement, and team process development.
Provide hardware, software, and network support as needed.
Apply established AI concepts, tools, and procedures to familiar scenarios.

12–15 years of software engineering experience.
Deep understanding of system design and subject matter expertise in key technologies and domains.
Ability to independently write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Experience applying traditional and agile best practices to plan, prioritize, and deliver work.
Experience with DevOps principles, quality assurance, test automation, performance checks, regression testing, and debugging.
Ability to own technical governance, application custodianship, and incident root-cause analysis.
Strong stakeholder communication, prioritization, critical thinking, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
Ability to stay current with technology trends and emerging tools.
Ability to apply established AI concepts and tools to familiar scenarios.
