Responsibilities
- Provide security consultancy to product, platform, and engineering teams delivering secure AI solutions.
- Design and implement secure MLOps and LLMOps patterns covering model onboarding, CI/CD controls, environment segregation, secrets management, and least-privilege access.
- Establish guardrails for responsible AI, including data protection, PII handling, content filtering, monitoring, governance, and auditability.
- Identify security risks, capture requirements, and provide practical remediation guidance to development and product teams.
- Develop and maintain security processes, tooling, patterns, playbooks, templates, and other reference materials.
- Collaborate with operations and incident response teams to improve detection, response, and resilience for AI-related threats.
- Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for AI-related security events.
Requirements
- Hands-on security engineering experience across application, cloud, platform, or DevSecOps environments in complex enterprise settings.
- Experience securing AI, machine learning, or generative AI systems, including threat modeling and risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, model extraction or inversion, poisoning, and supply-chain vulnerabilities.
- Relevant security certification such as CISSP, CCSP, or GIAC, or equivalent demonstrated capability.
- Strong understanding of secure MLOps and LLMOps practices, model registries, artifact integrity, policy-as-code, and environment controls.
- Experience with cloud and container security, LLM application architectures, RAG, vector databases, prompt orchestration, encryption, key management, and data protection.
- Ability to perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
