Responsibilities
- Architect software solutions across multiple product ranges in alignment with business objectives and technology evolution.
- Partner with marketing and R&D teams to integrate customer insights and drive product innovation.
- Establish and maintain software architecture standards across the Business Unit.
- Lead adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to improve functionality and market alignment.
- Define system and product architecture, manage requirements, and create technology roadmaps.
- Influence and coach cross-functional teams while connecting architecture decisions to long-term business outcomes.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in software design and architecture, including scalable and secure solutions.
- Advanced capability in software design, requirements management, and cybersecurity.
- Intermediate capability in system architecture, product architecture, strategic thinking, and technology roadmapping.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technical decisions with strategic goals.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems independently and deliver results in ambiguous situations.
