Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, customization, and optimization of complex CRM and digital solutions.
- Develop scalable, maintainable software solutions and ensure architectural integrity throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Integrate CRM platforms with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Query and analyze customer databases and produce customer-data reports and insights.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and help manage project development.
- Create and maintain software architecture documentation and participate in project planning and estimation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for client work and pitches and contribute to team vision and strategy.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions across backend and frontend systems.
- Strong programming skills in Apex, C#, .NET, or comparable languages.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs for CRM integration.
- Experience querying databases for customer-data extraction and reporting.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable data-analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience with CI/CD and version-control tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Jenkins.
- Experience leading and managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Understanding of data segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and personalization.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Industry Clouds is advantageous.
