Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex digital and software solutions within the CRM domain.
- Customize, optimize, and integrate Salesforce and other CRM platforms to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure architectural integrity and consistency throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain software architecture documentation.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for client work and pitches.
- Query and analyze customer data, support reporting, and troubleshoot complex CRM issues.
- Contribute to the vision and strategy of the team.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics, including backend and frontend capabilities.
- Strong programming skills in Apex, C#, .NET, or comparable technologies.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs for CRM integrations.
- Experience querying databases for customer data extraction and reporting.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for customer-data analysis and insights.
- Experience leading and managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Experience with CI/CD and version-control tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of data segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and personalization.
- Ability to diagnose CRM-related technical issues and provide solutions.
- Experience with one or more Salesforce clouds, including Loyalty Management, Consumer Goods Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Field Service, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, or Data Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Data Architect, Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, JavaScript Developer, Data Cloud Consultant, CPQ Administrator/Developer, Field Service Consultant, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, or Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional are preferred.
- Strong organizational, collaboration, prioritization, and communication skills, with a commitment to transparency.
