Responsibilities
- Lead the design, customization, development, and optimization of complex CRM and digital solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure architectural integrity and maintain software architecture documentation.
- Develop scalable CRM integrations, automation, customer data solutions, and reporting capabilities.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, continuous improvement, and team strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert for client work and pitches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM-related technical issues.
Requirements
- Minimum four years of experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions across backend and frontend systems.
- Strong programming skills in Apex, C#, .NET, or comparable technologies.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, database querying, customer data management, segmentation, lifecycle management, and personalization.
- Experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for customer data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or comparable version control and CI/CD tools.
- Experience leading and managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
