Responsibilities

Work directly with customers in industries such as Chemicals, Cosmetics, Consumer Goods, and Food & Beverage.
Support all project phases, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, unit testing, and customer training.
Configure Veeva software under the guidance of experienced architects and project leads.
Provide subject matter expertise on implementation methodology and best practices.
Collaborate with internal and cross-team stakeholders and contribute to the QualityOne practice development.

Technology implementation experience, or at least 3+ years in an engineer type role, working for the Industry or for an IT department.
Desire to be hands-on with technology.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Fast learner, ability to adapt and to embrace changes.
Proactive with good interpersonal skills, a good team player.
Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to travel upon business requirements.
High integrity and honesty.
