Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own Coinflow’s design system on shadcn/ui and Tailwind, including components, tokens, patterns, and documentation.
- Design and ship full features end-to-end, from wireframes or high-fidelity designs through production implementation and iteration.
- Redesign and modernize merchant onboarding, dashboards, and checkout flows.
- Set the visual direction for Coinflow’s fintech product.
- Make architecture decisions involving component composition, theming, and reusability.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to represent multi-chain settlement, card networks, and fraud and risk states accurately in the frontend.
Requirements
- Strong command of shadcn/ui, Radix primitives, Tailwind CSS, React, and TypeScript.
- A portfolio or GitHub history demonstrating products designed and built from start to finish.
- Strong product design judgment across typography, spacing, color systems, information hierarchy, and simplifying complex data-heavy interfaces.
- Ability to own ambiguous product problems and determine appropriate interaction patterns.
- Experience building or significantly extending a production design system, including versioning, theming, and scalable documentation practices.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or other data-dense, trust-sensitive product categories is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Next.js, React Native, Framer Motion, or GSAP is a bonus.
