- Use AI and modern development tools to automate manual decisions and increasingly handle complex operational escalations.
- Work with structured and unstructured data such as emails, documents, purchase orders, shipment data, and operational events.
- Test and measure solutions against real workflows and user feedback, focusing on reduced manual effort, accuracy, processing speed, and service quality.

- Strong ownership of whether solutions achieve intended outcomes, not only whether code is delivered.
- Good understanding of software quality, observability, testing, security, and maintainable architecture.
- Desirable experience in freight, logistics, supply chain, B2B SaaS, or operational technology.
- Desirable experience building workflow automation or orchestration with tools such as n8n.
- Desirable experience with large language model applications and unstructured-data problems such as document extraction or email classification.
- Desirable experience integrating with ERP, transport-management, warehouse-management, or internal operational systems.
- Desirable experience in solutions engineering, implementation, internal tools, or forward-deployed roles, including turning bespoke solutions into products.
