Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements as the technical lead, aligning business objectives, engineering priorities, and technology opportunities.
- Partner with executive sponsors, product leaders, engineering teams, and security partners to define roadmaps and drive AI-native ways of working.
- Facilitate technical discovery, workshops, solution design sessions, stakeholder alignment, and delivery planning.
- Remain hands-on in architecture, coding, deployment, systems integration, data pipelines, and production troubleshooting.
- Design and implement scalable solutions integrating applications, services, APIs, databases, enterprise platforms, legacy systems, identity providers, and security controls.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools and agentic workflows to plan, build, test, debug, deploy, and optimize software.
- Develop observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for software quality, performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Mentor customer engineers and internal teams on architecture, modern software practices, AI-native delivery, and operational best practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and engineering practices and recommend improvements to customer delivery outcomes.
- Document solution designs, architecture decisions, implementation practices, and knowledge-transfer materials while ensuring a successful customer handoff.
Requirements
- Strong software development experience designing, building, and delivering production-grade applications and platforms.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows across solution design, development, testing, debugging, and delivery.
- Architecture and systems integration experience connecting applications, services, APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and data sources.
- Experience working across diverse programming languages, technology stacks, cloud environments, and customer requirements.
- Experience deploying cloud resources with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Experience leading technical discovery with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define AI requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Experience integrating AI systems with authenticated APIs, legacy data systems, enterprise IT infrastructure, and corporate security perimeters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to customer sites.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and client engagement skills, including executive influence and the ability to explain complex AI and architecture concepts.
- Preferred qualifications include advanced agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, MCP servers, enterprise AI observability, large-scale AI production support, secure governance, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture experience.
- Preferred certifications include Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Anthropic Claude, Gemini Enterprise, and other recognized AI platform certifications.
