Responsibilities

Partner with business teams to understand workflows, pain points, goals, and operational challenges.
Lead discovery workshops, map current-state processes, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
Evaluate opportunities based on business value, technical feasibility, adoption readiness, and measurable ROI.
Design, build, deploy, and support production-quality AI applications, automations, integrations, and data solutions.
Balance process redesign, AI, automation, integrations, and software engineering when selecting solutions.
Own engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Define success metrics and measure business outcomes including productivity, quality, cycle time, cost savings, risk reduction, and adoption.
Coach business partners to own and evolve delivered solutions.
Develop reusable frameworks, patterns, and best practices for future transformation initiatives.
Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Deliver solutions meeting security, governance, compliance, and privacy standards.

At least 5 years of experience building production software, preferably with Python and modern cloud platforms.
At least 3 years of experience delivering production AI, LLM, automation, or workflow solutions.
Strong consulting and discovery skills, including the ability to understand business problems before proposing technical solutions.
Experience redesigning business processes to improve efficiency, quality, or scalability.
Systems thinking across people, process, data, and technology in end-to-end workflows.
Strong product judgment, including buy-versus-build and automation-versus-process decisions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
Experience leading organizational adoption and change management is preferred.
Experience in regulated or security-conscious environments is preferred.
