Base Salary

$99k - $173k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business teams to understand workflows, pain points, goals, and operational challenges.
  • Lead discovery workshops, map current-state processes, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate opportunities based on business value, technical feasibility, adoption readiness, and measurable ROI.
  • Design, build, deploy, and support production-quality AI applications, automations, integrations, and data solutions.
  • Balance process redesign, AI, automation, integrations, and software engineering when selecting solutions.
  • Own engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Define success metrics and measure business outcomes including productivity, quality, cycle time, cost savings, risk reduction, and adoption.
  • Coach business partners to own and evolve delivered solutions.
  • Develop reusable frameworks, patterns, and best practices for future transformation initiatives.
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Deliver solutions meeting security, governance, compliance, and privacy standards.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience building production software, preferably with Python and modern cloud platforms.
  • At least 3 years of experience delivering production AI, LLM, automation, or workflow solutions.
  • Strong consulting and discovery skills, including the ability to understand business problems before proposing technical solutions.
  • Experience redesigning business processes to improve efficiency, quality, or scalability.
  • Systems thinking across people, process, data, and technology in end-to-end workflows.
  • Strong product judgment, including buy-versus-build and automation-versus-process decisions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience leading organizational adoption and change management is preferred.
  • Experience in regulated or security-conscious environments is preferred.
  • Applicants must be located in the CST or EST time zones.
