Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver onramp and checkout experiences for strategic customers.
- Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to scope, design, and build scalable customer solutions.
- Lead technical discovery with prospective and existing customers.
- Partner with the business team on evaluations, demos, and prototypes to close deals and engage customers.
- Help establish standards and scale products and processes for the new Forward Deployed Engineering team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and prioritize the roadmap.
- Build high-availability systems and scale processes using LLM experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack production software in high-ownership environments.
- Strong proficiency in at least one of TypeScript, Go, Python, or a similar language.
- Experience working directly with high-value customers from pre-sales discovery through production rollout.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness across technical systems, teams, and business objectives.
- Clear communication skills with stakeholders ranging from engineers to executives.
- Experience working with LLMs.
- Experience with React Native, payments, or blockchain integrations is helpful but not required.
