Responsibilities

Create and enhance automated end-to-end, regression, acceptance, 508 compliance, performance, and scalability test suites.
Use WebdriverIO, Axe, Allure, Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent automated testing tools.
Test cloud-based backend applications, microservices, and web-based systems.
Develop automated 508 compliance tests and reporting solutions.
Apply AI tooling to enhance and maintain automated test scripts.
Collaborate with geographically distributed development and customer teams.
Evaluate customer needs, prioritize work, and manage multiple projects independently after receiving general direction.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Three to five-plus years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python; the posting also describes a five-to-seven-year experience profile.
Experience with WebDriverIO, Cypress, or an equivalent end-to-end QA automation tool.
Experience in large-scale software testing and verification environments.
Experience with automated 508 compliance testing using tools such as Axe or Cypress and reporting tools such as Allure.
Experience with automated testing and performance evaluation strategies for microservices.
Experience with web-based frameworks such as React and cloud technologies and architectures.
Exposure to AWS, CodeBuild, CloudFormation, Node.js, Linux or WSL, and CI/CD environments.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Demonstrated expertise in federal government data science.
Preferred qualifications include NOAA experience, assessing customer and internal-team needs, and familiarity with design for testability, application security, and data security.
