Responsibilities
- Lead the design of the DevOps strategy for cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop observability and detection capabilities to enhance system stability.
- Build consensus on tools and practices among DevOps Engineers across geographies.
- Support the engineering team with improved self-service capabilities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python/Ansible/shell).
- Background in software engineering with experience in cost and access management.
- Operations experience with Service Mesh Istio and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in public cloud and large-scale Kubernetes clusters.
- For Staff level, around 10 years of experience; for Senior level, around 6 years.
