Responsibilities
- Partner with vendors, guide platform selection, and contribute to technology roadmaps.
- Maintain operational integrity by following architectural, security, and compliance standards while mentoring and connecting teams.
- Automate infrastructure and deployments, build and improve CI/CD pipelines, optimize cloud environments, and implement monitoring and alerting.
- Manage build and artifact workflows and lead deployment orchestration.
- Align DevOps tools and practices with business needs to enable fast, consistent, high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a relevant technology specialization and strong understanding of SRE, ITIL, and product-based service delivery.
- Deep expertise in AWS across compute, networking, storage, databases, security, and load balancing.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and Chef for infrastructure automation and configuration management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with NuGet, JFrog Artifactory, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, and ELK.
- Strong scripting or programming skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, and Java.
- Understanding of cloud security controls including NSGs, firewalls, and IAM.
- Desirable qualifications include Openlink Endur, .NET, C#, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio, VS Code, Large Language Models, relevant AWS or Azure certifications, and membership in the DevOps Institute or ACM.
