Responsibilities
- Lead the research, design, and deployment of AI agents for complex financial tasks.
- Define and lead the evaluation strategy for agentic systems and LLMs.
- Serve as a technical resource for AI initiatives across the organization.
- Set engineering standards and provide mentorship within the AI team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in applied AI/ML research or engineering.
- Deep expertise in language models and Generative AI.
- Proven experience designing and operating agentic systems at scale.
- Rigorous and systematic approach to evaluation frameworks.
- Strong foundation in classical machine learning techniques.
- Ability to write clean, production-ready code in Python.
- Hands-on experience with at least one production-grade agentic framework.
