Responsibilities
- Lead moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, upgrade, and deploy technology projects and programs.
- Contribute to large-scale technical strategy and planning.
- Evaluate and resolve moderately complex technical challenges and issues.
- Lead projects, act as an escalation point, and provide guidance to less experienced staff.
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to achieve technical goals and meet client needs.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination thereof.
- Strong experience with distributed systems and scalable AI platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with OpenAI-compatible APIs, OpenAPI, and Kong or Apigee gateways.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, mTLS, rate limiting, and secure access patterns.
- Experience with LangGraph, ADK, agent orchestration, and multi-model LLM integration.
- Proficiency with OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
