Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions.
- Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers through thorough pull request reviews.
- Improve AI/ML infrastructure for model development, training, and deployment.
- Design a multi-year vision for generative AI areas like text generation and image synthesis.
- Architect systems to enhance AI model capabilities and data accessibility.
- Design and implement prompt engineering strategies for generative AI models.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize applied AI use cases.
- Analyze product usage patterns for data-driven decisions in generative AI applications.
- Maintain security of protected patient health information and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience building full-stack web applications in a cross-functional team.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large data sets.
- 2+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker.
- 2+ years of experience coaching other engineers.
