Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build custom applications, integrations, and workflows that eliminate manual processes.
- Wrangle data and use AI to accelerate and enhance critical operations.
- Shape team strategy and drive projects from ideation to deployment.
- Develop embedded relationships with user-groups and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance operations.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects to scale systems and processes.
