Base Salary
$100k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom applications, integrations, and workflows that eliminate manual processes.
- Wrangle data and use AI to accelerate and enhance critical operations.
- Shape team strategy and drive projects from ideation through deployment.
- Build embedded relationships with user groups and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar.
- Hands-on experience leveraging Large Language Models to enhance operations.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams in an evolving, iterative environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects from ideation through deployment.
- Interest in applying technical solutions to legal operations.
