Base Salary
$113k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the GenAI strategy and implementation for operational workflows.
- Build and deploy end-to-end AI tools for various teams.
- Collaborate with operators, engineers, and business leaders to define technical approaches.
- Focus on lease intake, review, contract generation, and negotiation support.
- Bring field learnings back to improve Zipline's AI tooling and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building practical AI systems.
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape and machine learning fundamentals.
- Experience with LLMs, data processing pipelines, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or C++.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teammates.
- Experience with contract automation and legal operations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to Zipline sites as needed.
