Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own GenAI strategy and implementation for operational workflows.
- Build end-to-end AI tools and take them to production.
- Collaborate with operators, engineers, and business leaders to define technical approaches.
- Focus on market readiness and operational coordination for expansion.
- Bring field learnings back to improve Zipline's AI tooling and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and shipping useful AI solutions.
- Strong engineering mindset focused on production AI systems.
- Experience with LLMs, data processing pipelines, and analytics tools.
- Solid foundation in machine learning concepts and problem decomposition.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or C++.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teammates.
- Willingness to travel to Zipline sites as needed, up to 50%.
