Base Salary
$113k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own GenAI strategy and implementation for operational workflows.
- Build end-to-end AI tools and take them to production.
- Collaborate with operators, engineers, and business leaders to define technical approaches.
- Focus on zoning research, land-use interpretation, and ordinance tracking.
- Bring field learnings back to improve AI tooling and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building practical AI systems.
- Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or C++.
- Experience with LLMs, data processing pipelines, and analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and problem decomposition.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teammates.
- Willingness to travel to Zipline sites as needed, up to 50%.
