Base Salary
$113k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own GenAI strategy and implementation for operational workflows.
- Build end-to-end AI tools and take them to production.
- Collaborate with operators, engineers, and business leaders to define technical approaches.
- Engage in stakeholder mapping and community engagement activities.
- Manage complaint tracking and sentiment analysis.
- Support event preparation and post-launch follow-through.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and deploying practical AI systems.
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape and machine learning fundamentals.
- Experience with LLMs, data processing pipelines, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or C++.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to travel to Zipline sites as needed, up to 50%.
