Responsibilities
- Act as the technical leader and trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts.
- Advise Sales teams on technical aspects of the sales process and help identify and mitigate technical blockers.
- Design customer solutions, develop technical recommendations, support proposals and RFP responses, and lead technical sales conversations.
- Demonstrate Red Hat’s portfolio and architected solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create, manage, and execute Customer Success Plans covering onboarding, implementation, remediation, and success measurement.
- Own the technical win for sales opportunities and coordinate internal resources to secure customer acceptance.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and support, conduct customer check-ins and executive business reviews, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Relay customer feedback and technical requirements to Red Hat’s Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Support, Customer Success, Adoption, and Consulting teams.
Requirements
- Experienced background in solution architecture, consultative selling, and complete pre-sales and post-sales process management.
- Foundational knowledge of Red Hat’s product portfolio and advanced knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ansible, OpenShift, cloud, and DevOps.
- Strong communication, executive presentation, discovery, problem-solving, analytical, and customer relationship skills.
- Experience in customer success, technical account planning, account management, or related customer-facing roles.
- Ability to design solutions aligned with customer business objectives and explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.
- Ability to understand customer business impacts, adapt in a dynamic environment, and travel as needed.
