Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and lead robust frontend frameworks and backend services across critical cross-functional components.
- Define technical strategy and architecture for complex, scalable enterprise SaaS systems.
- Debug, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks across the stack.
- Mentor senior and principal engineers, lead cross-team code reviews, and establish engineering quality standards.
- Guide technical policies and principles, optimize code and architecture, and translate complex requirements into maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver SaaS products and drive cross-organizational technical alignment.
- Take ultimate responsibility for methods, procedures, and results affecting the engineering function.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional software development experience; 8+ years with a master's degree or 5+ years with a PhD.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Node.js, Python, and RESTful APIs.
- Deep experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, modern frontend frameworks, cloud-native architectures, and scalable system design.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional technical architecture and experience mentoring senior engineers.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development, object-oriented programming fundamentals, and data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred experience with agentic or AI-powered platform engineering, manufacturing or supply chain SaaS, and AI governance, evaluation, or observability.
