Responsibilities
- Design, develop, improve, and deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions.
- Define solution strategies and collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Lead technical direction, contribute to strategy, guide team members, and mentor less experienced specialists or small development teams.
- Implement secure coding, unit testing, integration testing, acceptance testing, and test-driven development practices.
- Develop foundational, consolidated, and business data products using complex analytical and problem-solving approaches.
- Manage and mitigate risks, strengthen controls, advise stakeholders, and support business and technology objectives.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Java JDK 17 or later and REST/OpenAPI.
- Proficiency with Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, JavaScript or TypeScript, and JUnit 5.
- Experience with integration testing, acceptance testing, TDD, and associated libraries.
- Experience with AWS or OpenShift cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, and GitLab Duo.
- Experience with Gradle, ideally using Kotlin DSL, Docker, CI/CD automation, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Nexus Repository.
- Understanding of Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, Spark, and Elasticsearch.
- Scrum Master experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and demonstrated technical leadership or mentoring experience.
