Base Salary
$125k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of data pipelines and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers and internal teams to gather requirements.
- Write high-quality, testable, and well-documented code.
- Identify and improve system performance and reliability.
- Contribute to long-term technical strategy and process improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language.
- Experience building and maintaining APIs and distributed systems.
- Comfortable with relational databases and query optimization.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver quality solutions.
