Responsibilities
- Develop deep technical expertise as the product evolves.
- Investigate complex escalations and lead high-stakes technical calls.
- Run engaging office hours and deliver impactful learning sessions.
- Mentor the Global Support Engineering team to equip them for challenges.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to identify gaps and drive improvements.
- Become the go-to expert on Datadog Logs, specializing in log ingestion and processing.
- Lead escalations involving log issues and build internal diagnostic tools.
