Base Salary
$139k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and complex platform opportunities by architecting technology solution strategies aligned with customer objectives.
- Identify systems, dependencies, and integration points and develop solution maps.
- Advise sales and deal teams on differentiating with Workday technology.
- Collaborate with Value Management, Services, and Customer Success Management to build sustainable customer relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, translate business needs into technology solutions, and engage effectively with C-level executives.
- For the P4 level, design and deliver tailored AI technology demonstrations, proofs of concept, and presentations.
Requirements
- P3 candidates require 3+ years of enterprise software solution consulting experience or hands-on experience supporting enterprise software applications.
- P4 candidates require 5+ years of enterprise software solution consulting experience or hands-on experience supporting enterprise software applications.
- P3 candidates require 3+ years delivering compelling presentations in person and virtually; P4 candidates require 5+ years.
- P3 candidates require 2+ years of applied working knowledge of cloud architecture, security, reporting, and integration standards; P4 candidates require 4+ years.
- P4 candidates require at least 1 year of experience with AI technology solutions for customer-focused demos, proofs of concept, and presentations.
- Preferred qualifications include multi-pillar solution and product knowledge, executive presence, relationship-building, influence, collaboration, innovation, and adaptability.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time; work authorization sponsorship is not available.
