Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of SAP Finance solutions across complex transformation and cloud adoption programs.
- Define finance architectures, organizational structures, chart of accounts, governance frameworks, and financial operating models.
- Translate strategic business objectives into scalable SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
- Provide architecture leadership for solution design, integration, data management, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Lead client workshops, fit-to-standard sessions, solution reviews, and executive presentations.
- Manage onsite and offshore delivery teams, resources, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Mentor team members and contribute to internal knowledge development, bids, innovation, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 9–11 years of SAP Finance consulting, solution architecture, and transformation experience.
- Deep expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Tax, Controlling, SAP New GL, and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience, including SAP Public Cloud implementations.
- Experience designing SAP organizational structures and charts of accounts and translating business requirements into system solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of IFRS and GAAP, intercompany transactions, eliminations, consolidations, and multinational business environments.
- Experience serving as an SAP FICO Lead on multiple full-lifecycle implementations and leading global delivery teams.
- Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, problem-solving, time-management, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing onsite and offshore resources and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Professional consulting services experience is highly preferred, along with mentoring and knowledge-sharing experience.
