Base Salary
$80k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, product demonstrations, and technical Q&A across the Commercial Basics portfolio.
- Produce 10 or more new demo videos during the first year.
- Build and deliver presentations connecting product functionality to customer outcomes.
- Respond to technical, strategy, and demo requests from the sales field.
- Partner with the Product team on roadmap planning, requirements, and strategy.
- Host webinars and represent Commercial Basics at industry events such as Veeva Summit.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience delivering software demonstrations in solution consulting, pre-sales, or a comparable customer-facing role.
- Ability to articulate product value by connecting functionality to customer outcomes.
- Strong presentation-building and delivery skills.
- Ability to learn new products and domains quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with demo video production, Veeva Vault or other life sciences commercial or medical software, life sciences or biotech, webinars, or industry conferences is preferred.
