Base Salary

$168k - $252k/yr

Responsibilities

Maintain an internal package set for software distribution across the company.
Package open-source and proprietary software components using Nix.
Define Nix usage standards and create tooling support to improve developer ergonomics.
Provide assistance, training, and mentorship to other team members.

Proficiency with Nix, Nixpkgs, NixOS, and functional programming.
Deep understanding of build systems and packaging ecosystems.
Ability to improve large and complicated systems using Nix.
Experience with programming languages such as Rust, C++, Go, Python, or Haskell.
U.S. Person status is required to access export controlled data.
