Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, develop, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software applications and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve defects, and recommend system or performance improvements.
- Support software installation, implementation, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring activities.
- Prepare code documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineering staff, systems analysts, project managers, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and feedback and provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Track quality risks, usability, serviceability, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Complete continuing education and assigned certifications for skill development.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill in AI Dataiku.
- Experience developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software flows, data usage, operational feasibility, and system issues.
- Ability to work with clients and cross-functional technical and project teams.
