Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance client-facing tools and solutions.
- Support analyst teams by automating processes and workflows.
- Contribute to AI initiatives and the development of agentic systems.
- Collaborate with wider-group development teams to integrate solutions with their platforms and systems.
- Support the continued evolution of the company’s analytical approaches.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and experience writing clean, maintainable code and building real applications are required.
- Experience with Python/FastAPI and React is sought, with exposure to TypeScript/React and willingness to learn highly valued.
- Interest in building client-facing front-end, back-end, or full-stack web applications is required.
- Exposure to pandas and NumPy is a bonus.
- Exposure to MySQL or PostgreSQL is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially GCP, is preferred.
- Interest in building AI agents, using RAGs, and working with MCP servers is preferred.
- Interest in marketing analytics and willingness to learn techniques such as Marketing Mix Modelling are preferred.
- Candidates should be driven, dedicated, responsible, able to work independently and collaboratively, and able to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
