Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, customize, and enhance enterprise software applications for business needs.
- Customize and integrate SAP for Utilities CRM solutions.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues collaboratively.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions.
- Manage team activities, make team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration.
- Experience customizing and integrating enterprise software solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education.
