Base Salary
$110k - $146k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop application features and enhancements using C# and .NET.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected technical solutions with product owners, stakeholders, architects, and subject matter experts.
- Participate in application design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize application performance, reliability, and throughput.
- Maintain quality through unit and regression testing, code reviews, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
- Use Jira and collaborate across Agile Scrum teams to coordinate dependencies and deliver solutions.
- Communicate technical designs, tradeoffs, and implementation plans to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Requirements
- Proficiency in object-oriented design and development using C# and .NET.
- Experience with .NET Framework and/or modern .NET, including .NET Core or .NET 8.
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and RESTful services.
- Experience with SQL Server, relational database design, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio and Git-based source control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Substantial experience designing and delivering custom software applications.
- Knowledge of software engineering practices across coding, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Preferred experience with enterprise architecture, software design patterns, mission-critical high-availability systems, third-party APIs, customer-facing business applications, regulated environments, and AI-assisted development or AI capabilities.
