Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Research, analyze, prototype, develop, and solve problems involving AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Train, evaluate, fine-tune, deploy, and enhance large-scale machine learning models for production environments.
- Develop multi-agent AI systems and RAG systems for real-time decision-making using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom frameworks.
- Implement AI applications using and fine-tuning large language models.
- Assemble complex data sets and support production systems through technical analysis and problem solving.
- Collaborate with Data & AI experts, software engineers, and business stakeholders while delivering work to quality, cost, and deadline commitments.
Requirements
- Strong and proven experience with machine learning and deep learning techniques and popular AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with machine learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI techniques.
- Experience building, deploying, and enhancing large-scale machine learning models and algorithms in real-world product environments.
- Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, validation, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with large language models, text generation, or similar Generative AI applications.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms, with the ability to write robust code in popular AI programming languages.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions and communicate and present effectively.
- Experience with production support, technical analysis, and problem solving.
- Data engineering experience assembling complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Cloud platform experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure for model deployment, AI services, and operations is beneficial.
- Experience building infrastructure for extracting, transforming, and loading data from varied sources is beneficial.
- Experience with Python web frameworks such as Flask or Django is beneficial.
