Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Research, analyze, prototype, develop, and troubleshoot models and algorithms.
- Train, evaluate, fine-tune, deploy, and enhance large-scale machine learning models for real-world products.
- Develop multi-agent and RAG systems for real-time decision-making using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom frameworks.
- Assemble complex data sets and apply preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, validation, and deployment techniques.
- Provide production support, technical analysis, and problem solving for AI applications.
- Collaborate with Data & AI experts, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong proven experience with machine learning and deep learning techniques and popular AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with machine learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI techniques.
- Experience building, deploying, and enhancing large-scale machine learning models and algorithms in real-world product environments.
- Knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
- Ability to write robust code in popular AI programming languages.
- Experience implementing and fine-tuning large language model applications, including text generation and other Generative AI applications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Preferred experience building data extraction, transformation, and loading infrastructure.
- Preferred experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure for model deployment, AI services, and operations.
- Experience with Flask or Django is a plus.
