Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deliver, and improve scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce software solutions.
- Build Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, and enterprise integrations.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Administer Salesforce workflows, Lightning Flow, sharing settings, user roles, and user profiles.
- Automate testing and deployment in a DevOps environment using Jenkins and similar tools.
- Support, monitor, and troubleshoot production and non-production environments.
- Drive engineering, build, testing, DevOps, process automation, and continuous-improvement best practices.
- Manage data security, regulatory controls, risk, and governance responsibilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, business functions, and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
- Lead collaborative assignments, guide team members, communicate complex information, and influence stakeholders.
Requirements
- Expertise in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration development.
- Experience with Salesforce administration, including workflows, Lightning Flow, sharing settings, user roles, and user profiles.
- Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience delivering solutions in a DevOps environment with automated testing and deployment.
- Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting production and non-production environments.
- Experience integrating Salesforce solutions with enterprise applications.
- Experience with secure coding, data security, regulatory controls, risk management, and governance.
- Experience with Agile ways of working, developer-efficiency improvements, continuous improvement, and process automation.
- Understanding of project methodologies, project lifecycles, phases, milestones, dependencies, and documentation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Git, Omniscripts, or one or more Salesforce clouds is valued.
- Experience delivering AppExchange solutions is preferred.
- Experience developing large-scale technology solutions with nCino is preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II and Salesforce Administrator certifications are valued.
