Responsibilities
- Drive the sales discovery process to design solutions that meet client objectives.
- Design and present in-depth product demonstrations and technical briefings.
- Provide best practices to maximize usage of Censys products.
- Facilitate the validation of Censys technology with prospects.
- Assist prospects in deploying, testing, and troubleshooting Censys integrations.
- Analyze Censys solutions against competitors to highlight value.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Censys products.
- Advocate for customers to influence product roadmap and improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related technical roles.
- Fluent in Japanese and English for effective communication.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and practices.
- Experience in technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and collaborating with Account Executives.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Located in Japan.
