Base Salary
$227k - $277k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship agent-driven chatbots and GenAI workflows that deliver customer impact.
- Own features end to end from definition and design through implementation, evaluation, and impact measurement.
- Use modern AI development tools and collaborate with product, ML, and engineering teams.
- Explore and improve software development practices involving AI agents.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong software engineering and system design fundamentals.
- Experience writing reliable, durable, and maintainable code.
- Ability to identify problems proactively, learn quickly, and take initiative.
- Excitement about GenAI, agents, and AI-assisted software development; hands-on experience is a plus.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or LLMs is a plus.
