Responsibilities
- Build production AI agents end to end using LLM orchestration, tool use, MCP integrations, retrieval, and multi-agent workflows.
- Develop evaluation harnesses, guardrails, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop review to make agent decisions trustworthy.
- Ship production code quickly, collaborate directly with customers, and support real fraud investigation workflows.
- Experiment with new models, techniques, and tooling and turn successful frontier capabilities into products.
- Shape the roadmap and product strategy with the founders.
Requirements
- Experience shipping real systems or prototypes with LLMs and users.
- Strong engineering fundamentals, including designing, shipping, debugging, and operating production systems end to end.
- Roughly 2–4 years of engineering experience, or a portfolio that demonstrates equivalent capability.
- Systems-thinking ability across data flow, failure modes, latency, cost, and scale.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- Interest in fintech, fraud, or regulated AI applications is valued.
