Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end AI agents using LLM orchestration, tool use, MCP integrations, retrieval, and multi-agent workflows.
- Develop the trust layer for agents, including evaluation harnesses, guardrails, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop review.
- Design, deliver, and operate production-grade AI agents that support real fraud investigations.
- Experiment with new models, techniques, and tooling and turn effective approaches into products.
- Collaborate directly with founders on roadmap and product strategy.
- Work closely with customers and enterprise partners, including direct exposure to production fraud cases.
Requirements
- Roughly 2–4 years of engineering experience, or a portfolio demonstrating equivalent capability.
- Experience shipping real systems, prototypes, or projects involving large language models.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to design, ship, debug, and operate production systems end to end.
- Systems-thinking ability across data flow, failure modes, latency, cost, and scale in distributed systems.
- Interest in fintech, fraud, or regulated AI applications.
- Prior startup experience is a plus.
