Base Salary

$130k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build, support, maintain, and evolve 2D and 3D visualization tooling for autonomous vehicle development and testing.
  • Improve the performance and scalability of visualization capabilities as the autonomous fleet grows.
  • Build ReactJS, TypeScript, and Three.js interfaces that translate complex autonomous-vehicle sensor data into actionable insights.
  • Partner with Software Engineering, Quality, and Operations to convert workflow feedback into high-impact features.
  • Develop backend services and APIs that connect raw robotics data with the user interface.
  • Deploy tools into production with minimal disruption and maintain code quality and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience building full-stack applications.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
  • Experience with modern 2D and 3D JavaScript libraries and tooling, especially Three.js.
  • Experience with application profiling and performance tuning.
  • Experience working with time-series robotics data such as Rosbags or mcaps.
  • Experience building and maintaining backend services and APIs.
  • Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with C++ is a bonus.
  • Passion for autonomous vehicles and their potential impact on humanity.
