Base Salary
$170k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Propose and implement improvements to the RCM platform’s architecture, tools, and technologies.
- Build end-to-end products and AI-assisted workflows for healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Own integration workflows from design and development through deployment and post-launch monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, healthcare, customer, and operations teams to define requirements and prioritize work.
- Improve reliability and observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Optimize web application performance and scalability while supporting high availability and resilience.
- Conduct code reviews and drive architectural improvements across the stack.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software development industry experience.
- Proficiency with frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency with backend languages including Python, Go, or C++.
- Experience with Git, GCP or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases, and monitoring or alerting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions and make successful architectural decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a fast-paced environment.
