Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise integrations using Workato.
- Develop and manage Workato recipes for large enterprise systems.
- Apply API, REST, SOAP, and authentication concepts to integration solutions.
- Support and collaborate with engineers based in Japan.
- Contribute to client projects involving global brands and disruptive startups.
Requirements
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent command of English for supporting engineers in Japan.
- 5+ years of Workato development experience and 100+ recipes built; candidates with approximately 3 years of recent hands-on Workato experience may also be considered.
- Solid understanding of building APIs.
- Proficiency with REST and SOAP architectures.
- Understanding of OAuth, Basic Authentication, JWT, and other authentication methods.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or Zoho.
- Experience with identity management systems such as Microsoft Entra ID or Okta.
- SQL experience is preferred.
