Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and architect major product features using the latest AI advancements.
- Anticipate and proactively address system bottlenecks.
- Lead high-value product initiatives to accelerate iteration and reduce technical debt.
- Maintain high standards for the codebase and develop effective engineering processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering challenges and building scalable systems.
- Proficient with modern infrastructure stacks, including AWS, GCP, Docker, Kafka, and Postgres.
- Skilled in mentoring engineers while being hands-on.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end execution from concept to results.
- Thrives in complex and ambiguous environments, prioritizing collaboration.
