Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition rapid prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams and establish development practices that support long-term adoption and project success.
- Design and build high-throughput batch and streaming pipelines for multi-terabyte evaluation datasets and model intelligence mining jobs.
- Build ETL/ELT pipelines, enterprise data marts, and semantic modeling layers using Dataform, dbt, BigQuery, or Dataproc.
- Create scalable synthetic data generation systems that preserve referential integrity across complex relational schemas for privacy-safe benchmarking and fine-tuning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development and data engineering with SQL and one or more of Python, Java, Scala, or Go.
- Experience with modern ETL/ELT frameworks such as dbt or Dataform and with enterprise data modeling layers or data marts.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with semantic metadata formats, enterprise taxonomies, or ontologies in large-scale data warehouses and lakes.
- Preferred: deep experience designing batch, offline, and online LLM evaluation harnesses and intelligence mining jobs.
- Preferred: practical knowledge of secure code execution harnesses and interpreter sandboxes for automated data analysis.
- Preferred: advanced expertise in large-scale synthetic data generation using tools such as Faker, Snowfakery, or custom constraint engines.
