Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, maintain, and improve software components and applications for front-office trading systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Apply software development lifecycle practices and modern frameworks to deliver scalable, high-performing software.
- Optimize application performance and support software design improvements.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in technical discussions.
- Work independently, become a subject-matter expert, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Trading Services Front Office.
- Proficiency in Trading Services Front Office.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to front-office trading systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalable software design principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in coding and debugging.
- 15 years of full-time education.
