Responsibilities
- Code, design, execute, deliver, and maintain software projects and products.
- Work with business groups to define project deliverables and manage R&D initiative roadmaps.
- Understand and drive client-initiated R&D requests with Technical Relationship Managers, Product Owners, and Architects.
- Manage production defects through resolution and tailor processes for time-sensitive issues.
- Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in solution design and define technical architecture.
- Guide technologists, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance and code reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, automation, performance, and scalability.
Requirements
- Engineering bachelor's degree, BE, B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent in Computer Science.
- At least 10 years of software development experience.
- Strong working knowledge of C#, .NET Core or .NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with at least one database such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Strong experience designing microservices-based architectures and enterprise-grade applications.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SOLID principles, design patterns, debugging techniques, and logging frameworks such as ELK, Serilog, or Splunk.
- Experience with responsive frontend development and Angular; hands-on experience with current Angular versions is preferred.
- Preferred experience with Git, Azure DevOps or Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging platforms, cloud platforms, caching, and authentication mechanisms.
- Preferred knowledge of RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Redis, Azure or AWS, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
- Preferred experience with xUnit, NUnit, Moq, Postman, SignalR, GraphQL, Terraform or Bicep, SonarQube, Application Insights, Grafana, and application modernization.
- Demonstrated end-to-end delivery of enterprise software, technical leadership, mentoring, software architecture, scalability, performance optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and distributed-team work.
