Responsibilities
- Implement the latest machine learning models and optimize them for performance and accuracy.
- Test and evaluate new internal software releases, providing feedback and conducting code reviews.
- Benchmark models and key ML techniques to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Design and conduct experiments on novel AI methods and evaluate results.
- Collaborate with Research, Software, and Product teams to build and test next-generation AI hardware.
- Engage with the AI community to stay informed about the latest developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Maths, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
- Strong software development skills in Python or C++.
- Expertise in deep learning from model training to optimization and evaluation.
- Experience in distributed training or inference of ML models across 64+ accelerators.
- Ability to design, execute, and report on ML experiments.
- Deep understanding of performance bottlenecks and solutions.
- Ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Enjoy cross-functional collaboration and strong communication skills.
