Responsibilities
- Automate operations and optimize infrastructure in partnership with application teams.
- Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and high-performing.
- Monitor and troubleshoot large-scale environments and services.
- Support incident and problem management, including root-cause analysis.
- Work with networking, load balancing, Kubernetes, databases, cloud platforms, and release engineering environments.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming or scripting foundation in Java, Python, Bash, or LUA.
- Hands-on experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as Oracle or MongoDB.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
- Proficiency in Linux, networking concepts, TLS/SSL, DNS, load balancers, and troubleshooting in large-scale environments.
- Understanding of Git, CI/CD, release engineering, DevOps, security standards, policies, and cryptography.
- Experience with incident and problem management and root-cause analysis.
- Experience with Nginx, Envoy, NetScaler, Kubernetes, AliCloud, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
